We enjoy the support of a growing number of individuals, charities, organisations and companies.  We would not be as successful as we are without our supporters.

Firstly, without the use of the privately owned Bailiff's Wall site there would not be an allotment. The generosity and community goodwill of an Axbridge family has made our group possible. We also thank Axbridge Council for their support and for renting land to us.

While we won't name individuals - they and we know who they are -  we would like to thank those organisations and companies that have supported us, even in tough economic times:

Our first grant was from the Somerset Community Foundation.  This grant cemented our position and bolstered our group, building our sense of community and helping us to grow throughout the year.

Our second grant was from Somerset Community Food   This inspirational charity is helping thousands of people across Somerset gain access to land and teaching many others how to grow food.

Cheddar Vale Lions Club. The Lions donated a number of fruit trees which helped form the backbone of the Hillside plot.

Cheddar Garden Centre donated tools, seeds and plants to support our Axbridge First School link, and an enthusiastic toddler group!

Timberworks Buildings, located right in Axbridge, gave a generous discount on a handsome, easy to erect shed for the Hillside site.

Viridor have provided us with discounted compost made from their green waste collections.
